The NLS Cartel Commission is organizing two cartel events, one in English and another in French, which are open to the general public in 2023. The English-speaking event will take place on Sunday 19th of March, 2023 via zoom from 4 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. GMT time, under the title:
"4 + One ≠ 5
A Rendez-Vous with (my) Plus-One"
What is the nature of this meeting, this Rendez-Vous with the Plus-One? A meeting of love? Of work? Of desire? Who or what is this so-called Plus-one? This person, who can be anyone, as long as he or she is someone. A Lord and master? A charismatic leader [1]? A nice lady or gentleman? Is it the beauty behind the shutters [2]? The subject to whom knowledge is supposed, the analyst? The barred subject? Or the agent provocateur who makes holes in the heads [3]?
The NLS Cartel Commission invites you to an afternoon of work where these questions, amongst others, will be put to work, with singular products by decided workers of the School. Where each elaboration produces bits of knowledge about psychoanalysis in a transference toward the School.
